Mark Wang and Benedikt Westrick, the founders of Kindly Light, intend to leverage their 30+ years of combined experience in sales, operations, and technology to build the company into a technology-enhanced business that provides steady positive cash flows while operating in a fair and responsible manner towards all of its stakeholders.

Succession Coast Capital is a self-funded search fund founded by Elisandro Patino, an entrepreneur and investor with over 18 years of progressive managerial and financial experience. We are focused on acquiring a small to medium sized business with a developed sales process and consistent history of profitability in Eastern North Carolina with an SDE/EBITDA of $500k to $1.5m.
