I am looking to purchase an established business (at least 5+ years old) in a “disruption-resistant” industry (i.e. service, manufacturing, travel, logistics, etc) in the $500k-$2M EBITDA range. The business should demonstrate a superior product or service and must be located in a business-friendly state (ideally Texas). There should be plenty of opportunities for growth through sales, marketing, and further acquisition.
