We are looking to acquire home and commercial service businesses in Texas. Prior to starting FieldDesk, I built and sold a commercial pest control company in Texas to a private equity firm. I stayed on as an executive to grow the parent company through ten additional acquisitions. The parent company is now the 12th largest pest control company in the country. I'm still on the Board of Directors, but am now focusing on acquiring a portfolio of service businesses.
