My name is Jack York. I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati and started Zone Two Capital after nearly a decade in finance, strategy, and M&A. I decided to move home to be closer to family and pursue a goal of buying and operating a small business here in the Cincinnati area.
I am drawn to the grit it takes to run a business and I am not looking for a quick flip. I want to plant my roots back here in Cincinnati and I am looking to continue to build on what has been created before me. I named Zone Two Capital after a type of endurance training - steady, sustainable progress over time - which is how I aim to approach business ownership.
My goal is to be a thoughtful operator, treat employees well, and work with a trustworthy seller who wants their legacy preserved.
