William's entry to the C-Suite began with a 5% equity position and scaled through to his tenure as Company President at 25% equity. His track record includes reversing six consecutive quarters of operating losses. During his tenure he expanded the company from a single customer to three distinct client bases, and building the operational systems, corporate compliance policy, financial controls, and people infrastructure that carried the company through a period of semi-absentee ownership without disruption. He holds an MBA from Virginia Tech, a PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Harvard Business School AI Strategy certification, and is a U.S. Army veteran with three combat deployments.
