Experience: Every member of our partnership has deep experience with middle market businesses as founders, senior executives, board members or investors. Mike Miller has over 12 years of experience originating and managing middle market investments and has closed over 20 transactions including exits, initial public offerings and recapitalizations. Investment Criteria: Business: Privately-owned, strong reputation, solid market position, recurring revenue, fragmented industry with acqusition opportunities Financials: Revenue of $5 million to $50 million, EBITDA of $1 million to $5 million, growth >5% and EBITDA margins >10% Industries of Interest: Business Services, Financial Services, Light Manufacturing and Value Added Distribution
