Their business model evolved from covered parking to Solar covered parking into residential and commercial solar installations. Both 2012 and 2013 were break even years be- cause buyer financing was difficult to obtain and few buyers had cash. If a new owner has a suitable line of credit or can self-finance buyers, the growth potential is enormous.
