Warm Springs Holdings is a Colorado family office looking to acquire and grow profitable businesses in the trades and home services sectors. We're backing operators who can scale quality companies while treating employees and customers well.
Prior to joining WSH, I acquired and currently own a $2MM+ home services business that I bought, stabilized, and built a management team to run day-to-day. Before that, I managed a $245MM commercial real estate portfolio, so I know how to underwrite deals, work with institutional capital, and execute quickly.
We're looking for businesses doing $200K-$2MM in EBITDA—primarily in Colorado, but we'll look at anything in the Mountain West if it's the right fit. Trades, home services, and businesses with strong recurring customer bases are our sweet spot, but we're open to adjacent opportunities. We cast a wide net because we're ready to move when the right deal shows up.
What sets us apart: we have capital ready to deploy, no fund timeline pressure, long-term hold mentality, and I've actually transacted and operated a business in this space.
