Located in the Silicon Valley, California, Venture Real Estate Partners, Inc. was founded in 2009 by CEO Bill Hoolhorst, and later merged with the owners of two other San Francisco Commercial Brokerage firms, Phil Riedy of Riedy Commercial Real Estate, and Frank Card of S.F. Broker Network. From our Silicon Valley roots, we leveraged over 100 years of collective experience to build a Start-Up company that stresses innovation, technology, the internet, the cloud, and strategic marketing & advertising. We took a page from Netflix (mouse activated popups), and a page from Google (mapping graphics), and a page from Steve Jobs (make complex products easy to use), and then added a few ideas of our own. Recognizing the rapidly changing world, we adapted by developing a “BROKER HUB” approach to account control, accelerated legal agreement techniques, and expanded into commodities & world markets.
