($8M to $20M EV) in process automation and mid-market
manufacturing system integrators across the US manufacturing
belt, with bolt-on opportunities of $5M to $15M revenue
thereafter. Industries of focus include food and beverage,
CPG, life sciences, pharma, and discrete mid-market
manufacturing. We prioritize founder-led businesses with
succession opportunities, recurring service revenue, and
established OEM partnerships such as Rockwell, Siemens,
FANUC, and Inductive Automation. We bring committed capital
with full investment discretion, sector-focused operating
expertise, and are positioned to move from initial CIM
receipt to LOI within 30 to 45 days. We honor process
