Our team has significant experience as both operators and investors. We have successfully founded multiple companies, bought businesses, and sold businesses. We have worked across industries as CEOs, Consultants, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, and Investors.
We are focused on small-to-medium sized transactions where we acquire a controlling interest in the company. Our standard target criteria is $5 - 50MM in revenue, but have the flexibility to go lower or higher depending on the company. Our capital partners are high net worth individuals and investors with deep experience across industries.
