I'm an individual buyer with 20 years of experience building and scaling operations across healthcare, technology, and services businesses. My background is in healthcare operations leadership along with an MBA from MIT Sloan — I've launched new business lines from scratch, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, built out teams and vendor networks, and driven operational turnarounds in complex, fast-moving environments.
I buy businesses the way I've always run them: with structure, analytical rigor, and a clear eye for where systems break down and how to fix them. I'm drawn to businesses with solid fundamentals that have untapped potential in operations, processes, or technology — where bringing in an experienced operator can meaningfully move the needle.
What I bring to an acquisition isn't just capital — it's hands-on operating experience. I'm known for building order out of operational complexity without losing momentum, and for creating the processes and infrastructure that allow small businesses to grow without the founder holding everything together personally.
