Jesse F. Sammis IV is currently the President and CEO of Third Branch Capital, which he formed in the spring of 2006. Third Branch Capital assists companies by bridging funding gaps between traditional financing methods and equity infusion. Third Branch has extensive experience helping companies place new management and board members. Third Branch Capital has raised over $50 million in equity for companies in various industries including real estate, infrastructure, finance, technology, biotechnology, healthcare and consumer goods. Mr. Sammis has been a silent partner at New England Land Company a commercial real estate development and investment firm since 2003. Prior to starting Third Branch Capital Mr. Sammis worked in the financial services industry for Colburn International from 1993 to 2000 and Lenox Advisors from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Sammis currently resides in Hailey, Idaho with his wife and four daughters.
