I began my career as an equity research analyst at a top-tier investment bank, where I developed a deep understanding of business fundamentals, valuation, and the key drivers of long-term performance. That experience taught me how to quickly evaluate companies, ask the right questions, and think like a long-term owner.
From there, I transitioned into M&A and corporate strategy, where I’ve executed over $10B in total transaction value across a range of industries, including industrials, healthcare, energy, and consumer sectors. I’ve led transactions involving Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors, and family-owned businesses—giving me a firsthand view into what makes a deal successful. I understand how to run due diligence thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and work with owners to ensure a smooth transition. Outside of my corporate experience, I’ve also invested personally in real estate—executing both long- and short-term rental strategies through creative acquisitions and financing. I’m now focused on acquiring and operating a great business where I can be a long-term, values-aligned steward for the next phase of growth
