Founded in Palo Alto in 2003, the PB Group specializes in working with the technology-driven and entrepreneurial businesses that flourish in Silicon Valley. This includes companies involved in core technology products and services such as hardware and software, IoT, biomedical and medical devices, and education technology, as well as other entrepreneurially driven businesses.
The PB Group principals collectively bring over 150 years of experience in working with Silicon Valley companies ranging from small startups to technology icons, such as HP and Apple. In addition to their investment banking services, the principals of the PB Group apply a wide range of skills and experience from prior management positions in such diverse areas as sales & marketing, operations, legal, finance. The PB Group maintains an extensive network among Silicon Valley companies, venture capitalists, and private equity firms.
