I am seeking to acquire a single, well-established Alberta business that I will own and operate full-time over the long term. My focus is on B2B services, industrial services, light manufacturing, and energy-adjacent infrastructure and maintenance businesses generating $1M–$6M of cash flow.
I take a long-term stewardship approach: retaining and supporting strong teams, preserving what already works, and making practical, data-informed operational improvements over time. I am not pursuing a quick flip or a remote portfolio strategy. Sellers can expect a thoughtful transition, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to continuing the legacy they have built.
