TBC Ventures
Michael and Vincent are experienced startup founders of VC backed companies, each with multiple exits. They are building a search fund, targeting profitable (cash flowing) bootstrapped tech-enabled and software businesses with $1M to $3M in EBITDA. Ideal targets are established B2B businesses, servicing core business operating systems (OS) for teams in: customer acquisition; customer experience, service, and success; back office administration; and industry specific business processes. Their strategy is industry agnostic, but prefer niche vertical markets earning mostly subscription and/ or re-occuring revenues.
Team
