We are a small team of investors and operators that have a successful track record of building, investing in, and growing businesses in the Pacific Northwest. We focus on investing in small to medium sized companies where we can have an outsized impact on the organization in partnership with the management team. We invest in and partner with companies without intending to sell them which allows us to think and act like owners, not just investors. We facilitate ownership transitions and provide long-term homes for the continued development of companies and the employees, families and communities that support them.
