I currently run Survivor Spring on my own but have access to a large network of angel and institutional investors. Therefore, I have flexibility in financing options, depending on the deal. I'm looking to buy a profitable company doing between $500k-$1m in net income. I'm not looking at technology / software companies since I'm already invested heavily in that sector. I'm looking for a business that does not require a high degree of domain expertise and can be either grown through marketing spend or rolled up. Happy to provide any additional information.
