Skyharbor Capital is private investment firm based in Miami, FL. We invest our own capital and seek to partner with high-integrity operating executives (whether they are founders, replacement CEOs, or search fund entrepreneurs). We are industry agnostic and invest nationwide in established B2B services companies and have a preference for "information-based" or "tech-enabled" business services with meaningful repeat or recurring revenue.
We seek to acquire vendors and service providers that provide technology and information support services to other businesses. Our approach is to identify and acquire legacy B2B services companies and help transform them into highly scalable technology-enabled businesses. This includes enabling white-collar labor or knowledge-worker businesses to transform into technology-empowered companies, converting legacy software companies into SaaS companies, or helping existing technology-based companies scale through improved sales and marketing strategies. We also seek to acquire IT service providers that can help other companies go through digital transformation.
We acquire companies with our own capital therefore, we have the flexibility to invest in a variety of situations and prefer to think over the long-term and don't have pressure for short-term exits.
