Silicon Street Partners is a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on acquiring, operating, and growing established service businesses in Greater LA. We target companies with $500K to $2M in EBITDA and purchase prices between $2M and $6M, with a focus on home services, B2B services, light industrial, and healthcare services.
Our approach is operator-first. Managing Partner Andrew Gomez brings 20+ years of P&L ownership, budget management, and operational leadership at companies including Aputure ($150M manufacturer), Snap Inc., Frame.io (acquired by Adobe for $1.2B), and Red Bull (six years managing multi-trade crews and $30M+ in production budgets). He has hands-on experience leading trade crews on-site, is fluent in Spanish, and will serve as the company's full-time W-2 operator.
We are SBA 7(a) pre-qualified with established lender relationships at Live Oak Bank and Gulf Coast Bank & Trust. Brokers trust us because we move fast, respect the process, and bring the capital and experience to close. We are actively seeking opportunities and ready to submit LOIs.
