I am a Chemical Engineer by training and a serial entrepreneur by calling, with over two decades of executive leadership spanning five countries and multiple industries.
My career began at Cargill — one of the world’s largest agribusiness corporations — where I rose steadily from Shift Supervisor to Production Manager, and ultimately to Operational Director. Over 13 years, I led large-scale industrial plant operations across Romania, Russia, the Netherlands, the USA, and the United Kingdom, gaining hands-on expertise in complex process engineering, cross-cultural team leadership, and international operations management.
In 2004, drawing on that global experience, I founded Sigma Process Technologies — today a globally recognised engineering and process line company serving 179+ clients across 23 countries, with landmark plant deliveries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I later expanded the group by establishing Sigma Equipment Supply & Services, securing the global exclusive distribution rights for the American precision equipment manufacturer Komline-FluidQuip. The group further grew to include Alpha Age, an SAP consultancy firm with 50+ qualified consultants, and Sigma Aviation, which currently owns and operates aircraft leased to a licensed flight academy in Turkey.
Beyond business, I hold a private pilot licence — a pursuit that reflects the same discipline, precision, and appetite for challenge that has defined my professional journey.
Today, I am actively seeking strategic acquisition opportunities that align with my group’s operational strengths in industrial engineering, equipment, and technology — bringing not just capital, but decades of hands-on leadership and a proven track record of building and scaling international businesses.
