Sensorium Clinical Research is raising capital for a U.S. clinical trial site roll-up strategy. The market is an $8B+ fragmented industry with significant consolidation tailwinds, and our thesis is to build a scaled site network capable of achieving a $300M exit within five years. I have successfully founded and exited two companies in the clinical trial space, and this is my third clinical trial venture.
We are seeking $25 million of preferred minority equity to acquire a $5M EBITDA platform company at a $35M purchase price. This structure provides investors with preferred protections, priority returns, and meaningful upside participation as we scale the business through a roll-up strategy.
