I am looking for industries where operational excellence and thoughtful technology adoption can drive significant margin expansion while preserving the founder's legacy. Ideal targets include businesses with sticky customer bases / recurring revenue, founder/family owned and seeking succession, strong customer and supplier relationships with limited concentration. Specific industries of focus include light manufacturing, business services, professional services, specialty contracts and distribution, though B2C opportunities are also of interest and align well with my experience.
