Roy Sutton is a successful C-Level and M&A executive. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate P&L, sales management, corporate finance and investment banking to assist clients with projects.
Before joining Woodbridge International/Seagan Capital, he was a commercial lender for Union Bank, an owner/partner with the roles of CFO, COO & EVP for three national businesses and a Managing Director at two national IB firms. Having been either a principal or an IB M&A facilitator in over 100 transactions, Roy provides entrepreneurs and middle-market business owners with financial and operational strategies to maximize their Company's value.
Roy work primarily in manufacturing, distribution, business services and IT projects. Roy's experience also includes entertainment, art, video and film. After attending the University of Southern California, Roy is from Boston and has lived in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Sacramento and now lives North Florida with his Wife and two Daughters.
