Mr. James began his career as an auditor with a big 4 accounting firm and has since served as a CFO, M&A consultant and forensic auditor for investment grade commercial real estate across the U.S. Mr. Winter has over 10 years experience as a business and real estate transactional attorney and is the managing attorney of Lawvex, LLP, an eight-attorney business and estates law firm in central California.
