About David A. Richman
I am the founder and principal broker of RBBI. I bring over 30 years of successful business ownership and sales experience in a variety of industries including insurance, commercial real estate investments, and financial management. I studied Business Management at Bentley University, and hold numerous certifications and licenses in Connecticut, and throughout New England. I have negotiated sales and acquisitions with private and public companies valued at over $21,000,000. I own commercial real estate, and in the past have purchased and renovated properties that returned a 200% return-on-investment in less than four years. I have negotiated leases with national companies including Subway and Hear Again Centers. In addition to my work in business brokerage, I am an independent life & health insurance broker, and owner of several commercial investment properties. A Connecticut native, I have been married for 29 years. My wife and I have two daughters and a son. I most enjoy time with my family, skiing, playing the saxophone, and reading business literature. My experience is your asset when it comes to business growth and profitability. I have mission-driven focus, and management tools that have been “tried by fire” through my diverse business experience.
