About the Principal: Cornell Computer Science background with prior experience founding and operating venture-backed software companies, including a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software business. Currently leading an AI software company serving enterprise customers. Acquisitions are structured to be operated by partner-CEOs or experienced industry operators, with the principal serving in a capital and strategic oversight capacity.
