We are a team entrepreneurs, operators, and investors focused on buying, then building, companies from owner-operators actively looking to exit their businesses.
Over the past two decades we've closed dozens of acquisitions with companies generating $5M - $30M in revenue -- allowing owners to transition out from the enterprises they've worked so hard to build -- and then continued to grow those businesses over the long term.
If an owner does want to both sell and exit, we believe that the best way to add value for the company, its employees, and its shareholders is to be "all-in" in a day-to-day management role, and place the same level of commitment and responsibility an owner once had on our own shoulders.
