Paul Sems is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 20 years of leadership across technology, operations, and business development. He is acquiring operating businesses through Rapid Adapters LLC, his private holding company.
Paul currently serves as Managing Director of Remediation Services at TrustedSec, a leading cybersecurity firm, where he leads strategy, business development, and service delivery. Prior to that, he served as CTO of Blue Technologies, COO of Bow Tie Medical, CIO/Director of IT at Vita-Mix Corporation (10 years), and Managing Director of his own advisory firm. Across these roles he has operated at the intersection of technology, process, and people — building teams, turning around underperforming functions, and scaling revenue-generating operations.
He holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Paul is an operator-buyer, not a financial engineer. He acquires businesses he intends to run and improve — bringing hands-on operational discipline, systems thinking, and a direct leadership style. He is not dependent on management consultants or outside operators to make a deal work.
