We are a three year old all-natural liquid multi-vitamin manufacturer of branded products. We manufacture in the United States. We have a point-of-sale product "3 Second Health" that comes in a single-serving, non-refrigerated liquid shot format. We also have a 32 ounce bulk quantity product that is one serving per day, and must be refrigerated after opening. We are developing new flavors and products right now. Our target market is the $30B global vitamin industry. We do not have competitors in the liquid space, but do indirectly compete in the tablet and powder format against Airborne and Emergen-C. We are currently negotiating/receiving purchase orders from over 70 mass-market grocery, pharmacy, and convenience retailers and distributors in the United States. What seperates our product from other liquid multi-vitamins is our proprietary formula, blend and delicious taste. We offer 12 key vitamins, lutein, quercetin and over 70 major and trace minerals in our formula. We market immediate immune-support as well as all-natural energy from B12.
