Portfolio AI Solutions LLC is a private acquisition and capital structuring platform actively acquiring owner-operated businesses across the Southeast United States. We target fragmented industries where owner succession gaps create acquisition opportunities at favorable entry multiples and where operational improvement specifically the installation of systems, management infrastructure, and insurance restoration revenue can drive meaningful EBITDA expansion within 24 months.
Our primary focus is roofing, construction, and home services businesses in Florida and Georgia. We are building a consolidated platform designed for a private equity exit at 7x to 8x EBITDA. We have structured over $100M in real estate and business acquisitions in Q1 2025, with $60M closed.
We move quickly, close cleanly, and structure transactions in a way that produces better total outcomes for sellers than traditional acquisition processes. Our capital is not committee-dependent. Decisions are made at the principal level.
