Critical Infrastructure Holdings, LLC (“CIH”) (formerly Pipeline Holdings, LLC) is a portfolio company of the private equity group called The Catalyst Group, Inc. (“Catalyst”). CIH’s mandate is to build a customer focused company providing products and services to four critical infrastructure systems. The four are: oil & gas delivery systems; electricity transmission and distributions, water/wastewater, and renewables. CIH will build its products and services capabilities primarily through an aggressive acquisition program funded by Catalyst.
CIH completed its first acquisition in March of 2019 when it acquired the assets of Inline Services, Inc. through its subsidiary Inline Services, LLC. (“Inline”). Inline manufactures and sources a wide variety of pigging tools used in maintaining oil & gas pipelines worldwide. Since that time, CIH has made two additional acquisitions in 2022 expanding its product and services capabilities in maintaining the integrity of pressurized pipelines. CIH is continuing to look to expand its offering capabilities to include all significant products and services necessary to maintain the oil & gas pipelines from the wellhead to the terminal or refinery gate.
CIH is now actively looking for platform companies to enter the electricity transmission and distributions, water/wastewater, and renewables infrastructure segments.
CIH is pursuing additional mergers and acquisitions of companies servicing the four critical infrastructure segments with revenue and EBITDA of at least $20.0 million and $4.0 million, respectively.
