Pelagic Capital Partners is a search and family investment vehicle formed to acquire and operate exceptional small businesses on the US east coast. The group was founded by Nicholas Stancu, a former private equity professional and M&A advisor. At this time, PCP is actively looking for its first platform investment and invites opportunities for review.
Prior to founding PCP, Nicholas pursued several investment and advisory roles in the US and Europe. While in private equity his key responsibilities included on the one hand managing the transaction process when buying or selling companies, and on the other hand supporting the acquired companies and their management teams on their journeys of growth.
PCP's mission is to serve as a trusted and reliable succession solution for business owners wishing to preserve their legacy. We are not industry disruptors, predatory company raiders or passive investors.
