Scott Sossen's distinguished career includes the financial sector for over 30 years. During this period, Mr. Sossen negotiated and closed projects in excess of $630,000,000.00 His experience includes business ownership, asset management, finance and brokerage. The structure of these transactions includes sales, construction lending, tax-exempt bond financing's, permanent mortgages and participating mortgages. The scope of his expertise includes properties/collateral such as office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, hotels, motels, mini-warehouses, nursing homes and land developments. He has also bought and sold several hundred oil and gas wells, with ownership in several oil drilling companies, bringing unique insight into the oil & gas industry. He has arranged financing for international manufacturing companies and E&P companies. Scott is currently a partner in a global technology company. He is currently serving on the board of directors of several privately held companies. He attended the University of Houston and is an active participant in numerous church and philanthropic entities. Scott has been married to his wife Danna for 38 years and they have two daughters.
