Before a drug or therapy can enter the general public domain, it must complete a number of clinical trials. Over half of the clinical trials are conducted by service providers on behalf of biopharmaceutical companies. There are two major groups of service providers that conduct these activities, they are Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Companies operating within these two groups are the subject of all activities of our firm. We buy, sell, and invest in these organizations for our account and for our strategic and financial clients.
