Sherouk has spent her career in M&A and helping PE-backed companies grow and run better, most recently she was as an executive (COO and GM) at IDEXX here in Maine. Phil is a Maine native and data privacy attorney at Keystone who has spent 20 years helping organizations solve hard problems.
