In contract with 3 investment banks to provide 13 to 100 million to develop oil and gas prospects in hand. We oversee sales of coal both steam and met coal for export, and mineral and asset management. We are responsible for all mineral leasing, acreage cost, negotiations, farm out’s, joint ventures for clients and partner relations. Padgett manages over 10,000 paid up or held by production leases, has 50 mapped out, drill ready projects, and over 20,000 acres in joint venture agreements. Leases on pump now with production leases averaging a 20 % rate of return. Partners and consultants have over 75 years of operating experience. All state, E.P.A bonds acquired. Pulling and work over units in place. Proven operator, currently pumping over 30 wells, injecting water, water floods. Title and deed work done. 30 bit ready projects available.
