Michael Ciotti - Managing Partner
Michael is a perpetual top-performer that has spent the last 9 years at Salesforce growing multi-million dollar Canadian territories by more than 25% year over year. Michael has gained valuable experience advising Canada’s top business leaders on growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, market expansion, and IPO readiness initiatives across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, and technology. As an operator, Michael will use his transformation ‘playbook’ to deploy the repeatable, data-driven strategies that have yielded significant growth and value creation for years. Prior to his time at Salesforce, Michael worked at a family owned manufacturing company based in Mississauga. Michael is a small town boy at heart but now resides in Toronto with his wife Tanya and their daughter Mila.
Andrew Sinclair - Managing Partner
Andrew is the founder of Lane Four, a rapidly growing software and technology company with 67 employees based in Toronto. Lane Four has helped 100’s of clients who have raised over $5 billion in equity funding scale critical operations in Salesforce and HubSpot. Lane Four is consistently on the Globe and Mail's list of Canada’s fastest growing companies and was recently named the 33rd best workplace by Great Place To Work Canada. While leading the Lane Four consulting team, Andrew launched Lane Four Highroad, which grew to a multi-million dollar business before a successful exit. Andrew was born and raised in downtown Toronto, and plans to raise his 1-year old daughter inside the city.
Igor Danyliuk - CFO & Strategic Advisor
Igor is a seasoned financial executive that brings over 35 years of experience to Outsider Capital. Igor began his career as an engineer receiving his BASc and MASc from the University of Toronto. After several years working as an engineer, Igor then completed his MBA at Harvard Business School in 1983. Upon graduation, Igor spent 8 years in Investment Banking before making the move to Equity Research. Igor led the research team at Merrill Lynch Canada for 7 years and most recently, was Head of Research at National Bank Financial for 12 years. Recognized in the industry for the depth of his analysis and accuracy in his research, Igor brings years of analysis, due diligence, and M&A experience that will ensure we select the right acquisition for our fund.
