I am a self-funded searcher, based in Canada, focused on acquiring and operating a profitable small to mid-sized business as a long-term owner. My background includes experience in manufacturing, strategy, and performance optimization, with a hands-on approach to improving processes, financial discipline, and execution. I am seeking to acquire a profitable, well-run business with consistent cash flow and clean financials, ideally within a defensible niche and with clear opportunities for operational improvement. My target acquisition size is approximately $600k–$900k, with annual EBITDA in the $180k–$300k range, and I am comfortable structuring transactions using a combination of cash, bank financing, and seller financing.
