Meet the Team
Ryan Sullivan (Managing Director) is a proven CEO with extensive experience in diverse industries, a record of increasing profitability, market share & developing strong management teams. While at CMC, led the turnaround from neutral earnings to double-digit EBITDA. As EVP and NA President of James Hardie, held full P&L responsibility ($1.5Bn annual revenue, 10%+ growth rate). Ryan has a BSME from Carnegie Mellon, MSEE from University of Pittsburgh, and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
Greg Topel (Operating Partner) is an experienced operator and CEO with a successful track record building businesses across an array of technologies, business sizes, and markets. As CEO, Greg launched and grew Tanvas through multiple rounds. While at ITW Tech Center, Greg led BU initiatives to expand product offerings and improve operational efficiencies using the ITW 80/20 and customer-back innovation models. Greg has an BSME from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
