General Manager with 30 years of manufacturing management experience and full P&L responsibility for multiple
manufacturing plants across the US. Consistent track record of significantly improving key metrics (plant safety,
profitability, quality, customer delivery, uptime, and employee morale) in over 20 sites in a variety of industries,
including Automotive, Food, Medical, Packaging, Chemical, Textiles, and Utility Equipment.
In addition to manufacturing management experience, my wife and I have significant small business ownership
experience. My wife is a dentist, and together we have launched, grown, and sold two highly profitable and
successful dental offices. As her Business Manager, I managed and advised on most of the business transactions
and processes. In November of 2025, we sold her second office. We currently own a commercial real estate leasing company, and I have owned my own manufacturing process improvement
consulting business since 2013.
