Founded in 1991, Newport Partners is a middle-market focused private equity and merchant banking firm. We provide capital, credit, leadership, and advisory services in industry-agnostic management buyouts, sponsored business acquisitions, M&A transactions, and we also finance and fund ongoing business operations, growth initiatives, re-caps, dividend events, debt re-fi's, exits, and special projects. We seek to fund and finance projects from $500,000 to $50,000,000.
We often syndicate our projects with another lender and/or private equity firm, allowing Newport Partners to offer extremely favorable price and terms on conventional projects, or be the go-to source on difficult projects.
