I am a finance professional actively seeking to acquire a recession-resistant business in the essential services sector. I bring a strong background in financial analysis, deal structuring, and capital markets, and am well-equipped to evaluate complex transactions, manage debt financing, and drive operational improvements through financial discipline. I am comfortable working with SBA and conventional financing structures.
My ideal acquisition has existing management in place, allowing for a semi-absentee ownership model where I oversee financial performance, contracts, and strategic direction while a capable operations team handles day-to-day execution.

Geography: East Coast U.S. (open to all East Coast markets)
Structure: Established operations with recurring revenue, existing management or supervisory team in place, and low customer concentration
