Industrial technology manufacturing leader in automotive, aerospace, construction, medical device, and general industry verticals with a combination of sales, business development, and strategy expertise. I worked in private equity and publicly traded environments. I owned global P&Ls and managed challenging revenue expectations across manufacturing and service industries. I built and managed large international teams up to 90 members in size with a focus on developing talent and succession planning. I created multiple market segment strategies to establish commercial direction. I executed those strategies by tactically developing precise key performance indicators to hold my global teams accountable, a tool that enabled me to grow revenue 356% in one year at age 25.
I am able to draw on deep expertise across many functional areas such as corporate strategy, development, finance, and operations. I led sourcing, modeling, negotiation, and integration of multiple acquisitions in a range of industries. I have performed almost every type of financial analysis a commercial organization could do from discounted cash flow, net present value, to weighted average cost of capital calculations. I negotiated complex new product acquisitions, in licensing agreements, and joint ventures. I led annual budgeting processes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, and business intelligence software implementations. My accounting experience exposed me to 404 and Sarbanes-Oxley, US GAAP, and IFRS, all while understanding the value of internal controls and process analysis and improvement.
