The company was founded by Michael Cadger, a visionary executive with 30+ years of experience in the healthcare financial field. Mike has a passion for making the complex healthcare purchasing process simple. He developed the first U.S. Centers of Excellence, custom-designed PPOs and EPOs as well as the first high deductible health plans. In addition, Cadger is a former PwC Partner, hospital CFO, and insurer CEO and CFO.
Using a proprietary platform, Monocle developed unique algorithms for ranking providers. The company validates its findings by using multiple databases, including public, semi-public and private sources.
