I am seeking to acquire a single high-quality business with the following characteristics:
Industry: light manufacturing or B2B services.
Revenue: $5m - $30m
EBITDA: $1.5m - $4m
Recurring or repeat revenue >50%
EBITDA margins >10%
My approach is to acquire a single business to operate and growth. I am dedicated to the preservation of the company and intend to build and grow upon its foundations. After acquisition I will relocate with my family to the business’ primary location, and work with the existing team to continue serving the customers with high quality products and services.
I have more than 14 years of experience in operations, distribution, engineering, and project management in the manufacturing and food & beverage industries. I have experience leading teams of more than 60 people in blue chip companies, responsibility for executing capital projects totaling over $100m, and operational expertise in North America, South America, and Europe.
