I am an experienced entrepreneur and executive seeking an opportunity to purchase an operating business. I have grown a business from a bootstrapped start‐up through acquisition by a Fortune 800, publicly traded company. My career experience across multiple business functions empowers me to drive meaningful results and direction for a company. I empower employees through the use of technology and process to deliver world class service to our clients and to fulfill their own potential.
I am interested in acquiring a company for an indefinite time period (not a 5-7 year PE turn and burn) and hope to build upon the successful legacy of the current owner(s).
Investment Criteria:
Seeking to purchase a company with a consistent track record of $1M ‐ $3M EBITDA.
• Proven profitable track record
• Possesses a strong management team or operator
• Midwest location with Central Ohio preference
• Industry agnostic but a focus on service-based businesses such as payroll, third party administration, insurance, staffing, or other support services for business critical functions as well as logistics, distribution, e-commerce, digital sales, and manufacturing businesses

Successfully grew this service business that provides notary solutions to the real estate industry to $65+ million of revenue and was recognized by the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States 7 times (peaking at #140); acquired by Fortune 800 Stewart Title Company in February 2021.
Client Focused:
Worked in Account Management and Business Development at Accelerated Benefits where I specialized in working with employers of all sizes to implement benefit and wellness programs; helped grow this company from the 11th largest employee benefits broker in Central Ohio to 2nd during my tenure; company subsequently acquired by USI.
Tech‐Forward:
Developed strategic direction and vision to implement technology and process improvements that allowed Signature Closers to manage over 60,000 monthly real estate signings with only 30 employees; projects included mobile app development, automated email and phone calls, integrations, and workflow automations.
Developed a culture at an entirely remote workforce built upon the principles of accountability, responsive service, and operating as an interdependent and innovative unit. Championed the belief that we are all a “work in progress” and encouraged innovation and risk‐taking to facilitate continuous improvement and growth. Employee retention rate exceeded 95% during my leadership.
