MD Holdings is a family-owned holding company, based near Dallas. We are not a private equity firm. We invest primarily our own capital in businesses we would be proud to partner with and help grow for decades. We are primarily seeking B2B businesses with an asset-light model, recurring or re-ocurring revenue, low customer concentration. We currently own four platform businesses. We are industry agnostic but have a lot of experience building successful healthcare products, specialty distribution and business services companies.
