McGranz Corporation was incorporated under the laws of Texas on September 10,2006. We have not conducted any business and have had no revenues to date. The company was formed for the purpose of acquiring, developing, constructing, and owning operating memorial parks and funeral homes in the USA. While we intend to focus on the pursuit of opportunities in the memorial park and funeral home business, we may also pursue the development of other related businesses and properties. This is a start up project and as such is subject to the risks associated with a start up operation. Our objective is to evolve and become a publicly held Memorial Park/Funeral Home Owner/Operator. We will develop and acquire suitable properties in the USA. We will pursue strategic acquisitions of memorial park properties and funeral homes which fit our objectives.
